Who is behind EmailAudit?
EmailAudit is powered by Postmastery. Postmastery helps email senders with infrastructure, monitoring and optimisation, to ensure email delivery to inboxes. Its world-wide client base includes email service providers (ESPs), marketing agencies and other professional senders. Postmastery is a Sparkpost channel partner providing PowerMTA licences and support.
Why should I use EmailAudit?
Following email best practices is an important prerequisite for good and sustainable deliverability. With this free-of-charge tool, we assist senders in an accessible way to check if some fundamental email best practices are in place. Please note that following the EmailAudit suggestions is just the basis; there are more factors such as list hygiene and user engagement which will influence your deliverability.
How does EmailAudit work?
The first step is to request your free audit using the form at the top of EmailAudit home page. You will receive a one-time email address that you can send your email to. The second step is to send your email to this one-time email address using your normal sending procedure. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your email. When we are finished, you will receive a second email with a link to our report. The audit will only take a few minutes.
What happens with my data?
Postmastery takes your privacy very seriously and treats all personal information with great care. Your name and email address will be stored in compliancy with the GDPR. The email that is audited is discarded after processing. Only the data shown in the reports is stored. You can read our full privacy policy
